Dental Krafts provides this website to describe our Sacramento practice, explain dental services and help you contact the office. Please use it lawfully and respectfully. If you do not agree with these website terms, you may contact the office directly for information or assistance.

Dental information and professional care

Website articles and service descriptions provide general education. They do not diagnose your condition, replace an examination or establish a treatment plan. Reading the site or sending an inquiry alone does not establish a dentist–patient relationship. Individual treatment recommendations, risks, benefits, alternatives, fees and consent are discussed through the practice’s clinical process.

Appointments, messages and online tools

A booking request is subject to appointment availability and the confirmation provided by the scheduler or office. If you do not receive confirmation, contact us. Website messaging does not guarantee an immediate response.

The booking drawer displays the external dental4.me scheduling service. The mobile text form prepares a message that you review and send using your phone’s messaging app. Neither feature changes the practice’s clinical consent, scheduling or payment procedures.

Provide accurate information and submit information for another person only when you are authorized to do so. Keep sensitive clinical and payment details out of ordinary email and SMS; ask the office for an appropriate channel.

Fees, promotions and insurance

Promotions have eligibility requirements, inclusions and exclusions. Review the full terms on the Special Offers page and confirm eligibility with the office. Listed offers are not a guarantee that a particular treatment is appropriate for you.

Treatment estimates depend on an examination, the recommended care and applicable coverage. PPO participation, benefits and insurance payment are subject to verification and the insurer’s processing. Financing decisions and terms are determined by the financing provider. These website terms do not replace a written treatment estimate, financial agreement or informed consent.

Website content and acceptable use

You may read, print and share links to website information for personal, noncommercial purposes. Dental Krafts branding and original content, and third-party trademarks, photographs and review content, remain subject to their respective rights. Do not present copied content as your own or imply endorsement without permission.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or information.
• Do not disrupt the website, introduce malicious code or submit spam or misleading information.
• Do not use the site to harass others, impersonate someone or disclose another person’s private information without authority.

Third-party websites and availability

Maps, reviews, booking and financing tools are supplied by other organizations. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Dental Krafts does not control every change, interruption or accessibility feature of those tools. Contact the office if a tool is unavailable or difficult to use.

We aim to keep information useful and current, but errors and service interruptions can occur. Please confirm information that matters to your appointment, treatment or payment. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
