Tell the team your main concern when scheduling. Bring your health and dental information, and confirm which services are planned for the appointment.
Tell us what brings you in
Let the team know whether you need a routine examination, have a painful tooth or want to discuss implants, Invisalign or another treatment. Mention anxiety, a recent injury and any scheduling needs. For an urgent concern, call (916) 481-3930 so you can describe symptoms directly.
If you are arranging appointments for family members, share their ages and reasons for visiting. The type and timing of appointments depend on each person’s needs.
Gather the information for your visit
- An updated medication list and relevant health history.
- Allergies and previous concerns with dental care or anesthesia.
- Your dental insurance card and subscriber information, if applicable.
- Details of recent dental work, X-rays or records held elsewhere.
- A list of symptoms, goals and questions you want to discuss.
Ask the office how to provide records and complete intake information. Avoid sending sensitive health information through ordinary email.
Understand the $99 new-patient offer
The $99 offer is for new patients without dental insurance. It includes a comprehensive exam, digital X-rays and a regular cleaning. Deep cleaning, including scaling and root planing, is excluded. Your examination determines which cleaning is appropriate.
The offer does not mean that every patient needs the same cleaning. If different care is recommended, ask the team to explain the findings and associated estimate before proceeding. See our guide to cleaning recommendations.
Have a PPO plan or want to explore membership?
Dental Krafts welcomes PPO and self-pay patients; HMO plans are not accepted. Share your specific plan details so the office can check participation and estimated benefits. A familiar insurer name does not establish coverage for every plan.
If you are considering Smile Club, review the included services, annual terms and applicable discounts. Ask which option fits your situation. The $99 new-patient offer and an annual membership have different purposes.
