The $3,499 single-implant offer includes implant placement and abutment, the final implant crown, extraction and necessary bone grafting if needed for that implant site, and a free implant consultation. It is for one implant and its restoration. A clinical evaluation determines suitability.
Bring your questions to the consultation so you understand how the offer relates to the treatment proposed for your mouth. Do not assume that another procedure or a full arch of teeth is included in a single-implant advertisement.
Ask about the visits between placement and the final tooth
Ask for the expected sequence of care and what needs to happen before the final restoration. If you need something to replace the tooth during treatment, discuss the available options, suitability and whether that item is included in your estimate. Also ask how imaging and follow-up visits are handled.
