No. Smile Club is an in-house Dental Krafts membership plan. It provides the listed benefits and discounts under its terms.
Does the plan include deep cleaning?
The included adult cleanings are regular prophylaxes. Scaling and root planing is different care; ask the office about recommended treatment and any applicable membership discount.
Do unused benefits roll over?
No. Unused benefits do not roll over. Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Does it apply to treatment already started?
Previous or in-progress treatment is excluded.
Can membership discounts be combined with promotions?
Ask the team to review the applicable terms before enrolling or selecting a promotion. The Invisalign offer cannot be combined with other offers.

Adult Complete is $499 per year and renews annually. Membership is not insurance, is non-refundable and non-transferable, and unused benefits do not roll over.
