KNOW WHEN TO CALL

What counts as a dental emergency?

If pain, swelling, bleeding, or tooth damage is disrupting your day, call us. We’ll help determine how quickly you should be seen.

Severe toothache

Throbbing, sharp, or constant pain can signal decay, a crack, or an irritated nerve. We’ll identify the source and explain the fastest path to relief.

Swelling or abscess

Dental swelling can worsen quickly. Call promptly so our team can assess the urgency and arrange the soonest appropriate visit.

Emergency tooth extraction

If a tooth cannot be predictably repaired, Dr. Sharma can evaluate whether an extraction is appropriate and review the safest next step before treatment begins.

Wisdom tooth pain

Pain, swelling, or pressure around a wisdom tooth deserves a prompt exam. We’ll assess the area, discuss relief, and explain whether treatment or a specialist referral is appropriate.

Root canal or tooth infection symptoms

Lingering sensitivity, pain when biting, throbbing, or swelling can be signs of an irritated or infected tooth. An exam and digital imaging help determine whether root canal treatment or another option is needed.

Broken or chipped tooth

We’ll evaluate the damage, protect the tooth, and review repair options that restore comfort and function.

Lost filling or crown

A lost restoration can expose sensitive tooth structure. Bring the crown if you still have it and avoid chewing on that side.

Knocked-out tooth

Time matters. Hold the tooth by the crown, keep it moist in milk or saliva, and call us immediately for instructions.

Pain after dental treatment

If discomfort is severe, increasing, or accompanied by swelling, contact us so we can determine the right next step.

Call 911 or go to the emergency room for facial swelling with trouble breathing or swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding, or a serious head or jaw injury.

COMFORT-FOCUSED CARE

Calm, gentle dentistry in an urgent moment

Digital X-rays and 3D imaging, when clinically indicated, help us evaluate the problem efficiently and explain what we see.

You’ll understand your diagnosis, treatment choices, and expected costs before care begins.

01

Anxiety-friendly

We explain each step and check your comfort throughout the visit.

02

Comfort options

Ask about available comfort and sedation options for your treatment.

03

Focused evaluation

We prioritize the urgent problem and create a practical next-step plan.

PPO OR NO INSURANCE

Emergency dentist without insurance? Self-pay is welcome.

Dental Krafts welcomes most PPO dental plans and patients without insurance. An emergency evaluation focuses on your symptoms, an examination of the problem area, and digital X-rays when clinically indicated. Dr. Sharma explains the findings and recommended treatment options.

What will an emergency visit cost? Our $59 emergency special includes a focused exam and necessary standard X-rays for new, self-pay patients without dental insurance. • Most PPO dental plans accepted

Treatment, prescriptions, cleaning, and 3D imaging (CBCT) are not included. Limit one offer per patient; cannot be combined with insurance benefits or other offers. Mention the special when scheduling.

Can I walk in for emergency dental care?

Please call before coming in, including if you are looking for a walk-in dental clinic. Our team can check availability, assess the urgency and arrange the soonest appropriate appointment. Same-day care depends on the schedule and the treatment needed.

Can I get a same-day emergency dental appointment?

Same-day emergency appointments are available Monday through Friday when scheduling permits. Call as early as possible so our team can assess your symptoms and offer the soonest appropriate time.

Do you perform emergency tooth extractions?

Affordable, quick to respond, accommodating, and extremely compassionate. Everyone I met was warm and welcoming. They saw me on an emergency basis, got me in within one business day, answered all of my 10 million questions (without getting annoyed), and handled my fears/emotions gently. I have severe ptsd and everyone there treated me with so much care and compassion. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Thank you Dr. Sharma & staff! I felt reassured by you during a time of uncertainty with my finances. I truly experienced safety in your hands when I was most nervous about the unexpected extraction. Yet, I left at peace after all was said and done. I have paid for dental insurance for over 20 years, and my best encounter came from your office when I had no insurance coverage. Thank you deeply, I am glad to have found you all in this challenging season of my life. Now your stuck with me😉
