Rushes through patients appointments, has a high turnover rate due to her poor treatment of staff. Frequently expects assistants to perform tasks outside of their certification levels, yet becomes visibly frustrated when they lack the necessary training. Despite the positive ratings elsewhere 1/10~ don’t recommend!

I love Dr Sharma as my dentist, she does excellent work. I had to get a crown that day. As she got prepared to give me an anesthesia shot, her shots did not hurt me. I felt special when the office called me the next day to see how I was feeling.

I forgot to set my alarm and the receptionist calls me, she ask if I am coming. I told her i live 15-20 minutes away, is it still okay to come? She stated yes, come. I drove was literally 1 minute away and it hasn’t even been 15 minute since we hung up, she calls and says they will need to charge me a $70 late fee and reschedule me. My point is, why didn’t you tell me that when you called me.. and I drove all the way to the office to get cancelled. I asked if it was still okay to come. You said yes. Arguing with me over the phone to see what is right and what their office policy is etc… I have been coming to Dr Tungol for 15+ years and never had any issues with time or scheduling. I will be looking for a new dentist due to these unprofessional office workers.

I have had an amazing experience with Dr. Sharma. I have always had a lot of anxiety surrounding the dentist and Dr. Sharma and her staff were all incredibly patient and understanding, walking me through what I needed to have done and how the healing process would go. I have avoided the dentist for the past 4 years and decided to go in because I was experiencing pain and swelling in my lower gums. I had to get 2 root canals done in my bottom 2 teeth and although it made for a stressful holiday season Dr. Sharma and her staff made it as easy as possible, checking in with me during their holiday break and made sure I was comfortable and fully understood what would be best in my situation. The procedure itself was smooth and painless, healing quickly. Dr. Sharma was kind, compassionate, and conservative with her work. It is clear she is very skillful and I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to get dental work done. I am beyond happy I have finally found a dentist that I can trust to give me the best quality care.

Let’s just say I have been everywhere consulting for my teeth work from fair oaks, to sacramento, to Citrus Heights. I had lost faith in the dentist until today when I came do see Dr. Shaa and her wonderful staff.I could tell Dr Sharma cared about my concerns and did not try to up sell all the potential work she can do for me like all these other cosmetic specialty places.after today’s visit, I will finally get the help I need with my teeth, that is 3 years over due because of dental politics. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE! Dr. Sharma is a known dentist to have done terrible work including many failed implants. I have spoken to assistants that have worked with her before & had nothing good to say. Many patients has had so many problems with their crowns not fitting & intense pain after crown preps. She was let go from her last practice & should not be working in people’s mouths. Most of these reviews on here about Dr. Sharma are here friends and family. PLEASE BE AWARE!!

My kids and I have been coming here since 1998. Dr Tungle retired and Dr Sharma took over his practice. I was scared at first starting with a new dentist after 27 years.

I have been very pleased with my new dentist. She’s very sweet, caring, informative, approachable, very gentle, and always smiling. She makes sure I’m comfortable. Her staff is very Professional, courteous, and friendly. I highly recommend MY new dentist!!!

Dr Sharma is AMAZING! I have had bad experiences in the past with previous dentists and was so traumatized that I didn’t go to the dentist for 20 years. I had four teeth extracted today and Dr Sharma was so kind, thoughtful, and caring. She made sure I was ok throughout the whole process. I thank you for making this experience a good one. I love quite a few things about Dr Sharma. She’s very “no nonsense” and gets right to work, very timely. To me, she’s a treasure and I wouldn’t trade her to go somewhere else! She’s very sweet and kind also; very kind to her staff and patients. That makes a huge difference to me. Nobody likes going to the dentist but she makes it a much more pleasant experience than I ever imagined.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Tungol and his team. I was able to get an appointment quickly for what I thought was a loose filling, but it turned out to be a fractured wisdom tooth. Dr. Tungol took the time to explain all my options, and when I decided to have it removed, he was able to do it on the spot.

I’ve had a tooth pulled before, and this experience was unbelievably easy in comparison—I barely even realized it was happening. The recovery was just as smooth; he followed up personally, but honestly, I healed so quickly that I hardly needed it.

When I returned to get the suture removed, he went over potential work I might need in the future, like replacing old fillings from 20 years ago or keeping up with cleanings, but there was never any pressure—just helpful information so I could plan ahead.

I’m beyond grateful that someone referred me to Dr. Tungol. If you’re looking for a skilled, compassionate, and efficient dentist, I highly recommend him!

Dr. Tungol is one of the most caring, professional and efficient dentist I have ever gone to. I had been advised by my previous dentist I needed extensive dental work of which included extraction, prep for implant, etc. and would have included visits over a 9 month period. When I contacted Dr. Tungol for a second opinion, he scheduled an appt. Immediately to find out I only needed a crown and 1/10th of the cost of what the previous dentist quoted due to the work not needing to be done. His staff also was extremely caring and efficient.
